The biggest weakness in any organization, be it a business or any other, occurs when there is no leadership training at all. AFRICA UNIVERSAL cannot be caught into such a situation. We have organized a dynamic, on going training, to prepare future leaders. This training is unlike any that governments offer employees. Simply put, it is a training to wake up a person to the realization that leadership has a price and lack of it has a bitter penalty. It is designed to remind the student that leadership cannot be taken for granted and whenever one wants to be a leader, one has to think of not only about the rewards of leadership but the punishment which one would face for pretending to be one when one is not. We guarantee that anyone of our LDI graduates would perform in any situation that requires leadership, far superior than any person with no such a training.
